A threaded front suction inlet is centred on the face of the strainer housing, while a raised threaded discharge outlet is positioned on top of the volute near the motor junction. The pump body is moulded from textured black composite with reinforced angular ribs, mounted on an integrated rectangular base. The cylindrical motor housing has horizontal cooling fins and supports a top-mounted digital control module with a closed protective lid, its curved cover sitting flush over the keypad area. The Hayward Expert Line logo shown on a transparent background, featuring the words “EXPERT LINE” in bold, uppercase, sans serif lettering rendered entirely in solid black. The word “EXPERT” appears on the left, followed by a visually distinctive stylised “X” that is wider and more angular than the surrounding letterforms, acting as a central visual anchor within the logo. This stylised X is formed using sharp, intersecting diagonal strokes that create a strong, geometric appearance, subtly separating “EXPERT” from “LINE” while drawing emphasis to the centre of the logo. The word “LINE” appears to the right in matching black uppercase lettering, aligned on the same baseline with consistent stroke weight and spacing. There is no mention of the Hayward name within the logo, no colour accents, no gradients, no outlines, no shadows, no icons, and no additional graphic elements. The minimalist black typography relies on high contrast against the transparent background, ensuring clarity and legibility when overlaid on any surface while conveying a premium, professional, trade focused brand identity.
