Stepping into the Waverley backyard immerses guests in a private Howden resort, where a sprawling freeform pool sits beautifully next to a custom timber pavilion. We designed this expansive outdoor oasis for hosting lively weekend gatherings and enjoying quiet family afternoons. Our crew poured a massive, textured concrete deck to frame the water and give you ample lounging space under the heavy wooden structure. The pool showcases a classic diving board and dark, contrasting borders that make the deep blue water vividly pop. We wrapped the property with custom stone retaining walls and sleek perimeter fencing to keep the entire yard organized and secure. Sitting nearby, a premium Cal Spas Avalon X EC-867LX hot tub offers a dedicated hydrotherapy zone, proving that pairing a new swimming pool with a spa creates the ultimate year-round retreat.
