PSP Fabricating warrants every insulating spa cover against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. You receive your official warranty coverage term by email upon product registration.

Coverage Exclusions
Coverage excludes damage from animals, fire, vandalism, or natural disasters. It also excludes chemical misuse, excessive chemical exposure, and improper setup or installation. Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, environmental aging, and fading of vinyl or thread from chemical maintenance or sun exposure.
The warranty does not cover seam separation or delamination resulting from mishandling. It excludes excessive weight loads from snow, people, or debris. It also excludes transport damage after dealer delivery, strap or heat bag pulling, and unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Conditions That Void Warranty
- Missing Product Label: Removing or damaging the cover product label voids coverage. PSP requires an intact label photo for every claim.
- Excluded Damage: Incurring damage from any excluded condition listed above voids warranty protection.
- Non-Residential Use: Utilizing the cover beyond normal residential applications, including commercial, rental, or unsupervised public access.
